Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the cauliflower, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet for the oven or in the air fryer basket.
  5. Oven Instructions:
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crisp-tender. Make sure to toss halfway through for even roasting.

  • If using an air fryer, cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Adjust the time as needed based on your air fryer model.
