- 1 1/2 cups (180g) diced ham
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups (480ml) milk
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (30 ounces/850g) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and diced green bell pepper, cooking until the vegetables are softened.
