Here’s a fun and low-carb twist on a classic favorite — Where’s the Crust Pizza! Perfect if you’re craving pizza but skipping the carbs or gluten. 🍕💪


🍕 Where’s the Crust Pizza (Low-Carb, Crustless Pizza)

📝 Ingredients

“Crust” Base:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Toppings (feel free to customize):

  • 1/2 cup low-carb pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup green peppers or mushrooms

🔥 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13” baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan to create a thick batter-like mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
    → This forms your “crust” base!
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until slightly golden and set. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and arrange your favorite toppings.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly, slice, and serve!

💡 Tips & Notes

  • Let it cool a few minutes before slicing — this helps it firm up.
  • For a crispier base, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
  • Great with Italian sausage, spinach, jalapeños, or fresh basil!

❄️ Storage

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
  • Freezes well for up to 2 months!
