Here’s a quick and cozy treat you can whip up in just minutes — Vanilla Mug Cake! Perfect when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to bake a whole cake. Light, fluffy, and customizable!


🍰 Vanilla Mug Cake (Ready in 1 Minute!)

📝 Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: sprinkles, chocolate chips, or a dash of cinnamon

🔥 Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients:
    In a microwave-safe mug (10–12 oz), whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients:
    Stir in milk, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla until smooth. Don’t overmix.
  3. Optional add-ins:
    Fold in sprinkles or chocolate chips for extra fun!
  4. Microwave:
    Cook on high for 60–90 seconds, until the cake rises and sets in the middle. Start with 60 seconds and add more time in 10-second bursts if needed.
  5. Cool & enjoy:
    Let it cool for a minute or two before eating. Top with whipped cream, a dusting of powdered sugar, or ice cream if you’d like!

✅ Tips & Notes:

  • Be sure not to overcook — it can turn rubbery!
  • Use a mug at least ¾ full to prevent overflow.
