🌽 Sweet Corn Bread Recipe
This Sweet Corn Bread is soft, moist, and just the right amount of sweet — perfect with chili, BBQ, or enjoyed on its own with a pat of butter and drizzle of honey.

📝 Ingredients:
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for added sweetness)

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, oil, and honey.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined — don’t overmix.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
