Here’s a quick and delicious recipe for Spicy Mayo — perfect for sushi, burgers, fries, sandwiches, and more!


Spicy Mayo

Servings: About ½ cup


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (use good quality like Kewpie or Hellmann’s)
  • 1–2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional, for a fresh zing)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder (if using).
  2. Adjust Spice:
    • Taste and add more sriracha if you want it spicier!
  3. Serve:
    • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Tips:

  • For extra heat: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few drops of hot sauce.
  • For a thinner consistency: Add a tiny splash of water or extra lime juice.
