Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes

Why This Recipe Works:

These Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes are crispy, golden, and packed with flavor! The combination of roasted garlic, melted butter, and Parmesan creates the perfect balance of savory richness with a crispy, cheesy crust.


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes (halved)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture:
    • In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the Potatoes:
    • Toss the halved potatoes with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
    • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again.
  4. Bake:
    • Arrange potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet for crispiness.
    • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Garnish & Serve:
    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot!

Note:

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.

  • 1.5 kg baby potatoes (halved)

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the garlic butter mixture: In a bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the potatoes: Place the potatoes in a large bowl, pour the mixture over them, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add the Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss lightly.
  • Bake: Arrange the potatoes cut side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Finish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the potatoes for 2-3 minutes at the end of the cooking time.
