Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes (halved)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the Potatoes:
- Toss the halved potatoes with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again.
- Bake:
- Arrange potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet for crispiness.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot!

- Prepare the garlic butter mixture: In a bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the potatoes: Place the potatoes in a large bowl, pour the mixture over them, and toss to coat evenly.
