  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Mix Topping:
    In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare Chicken:
    Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over each piece.
  4. Bake:
    Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
