Here’s a nostalgic, foolproof classic — Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf! Made with the iconic soup mix for max flavor and minimal fuss. Moist, savory, and perfect for weeknight dinners or Sunday supper. 🍽️🧅🍞

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 is best)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ¾ cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • ¾ cup water
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional topping: additional ketchup or BBQ sauce for glaze

🔥 Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, and water. Add Worcestershire sauce if using. Mix until just combined — don’t overmix!
  3. Form Loaf:
    Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan. For a glaze, spread extra ketchup or BBQ sauce over the top.
  4. Bake:
    Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

  • Add chopped onions or bell peppers for more texture.
  • Swap ground beef for turkey or a beef/pork blend if desired.
