IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE (CRUSTLESS HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE)

Here’s a deliciously easy Impossible Quiche — a crustless ham and cheese quiche that “magically” forms its own crust as it bakes! Perfect for brunch, meal prep, or a light dinner.


🧀 Impossible Quiche (Crustless Ham and Cheese)

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 35–40 minutes
Total Time: ~50 minutes
Servings: 6–8


📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced ham (leftover or deli ham works great)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup Bisquick (or other baking mix)
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or deep-dish pan.
  2. Spread ham, cheese, and onion evenly in the dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, eggs, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ham and cheese in the dish.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  6. Cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish if desired.

✅ Tips:

  • Add veggies like spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for a twist.
  • Make it keto-friendly by replacing Bisquick with a low-carb baking mix.
  • Great for meal prep — refrigerate for up to 4 days and reheat slices as needed.

🧊 Storing & Freezing:

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
  • Freeze individual slices tightly wrapped for up to 2 months. Reheat in microwave or oven.
