Here’s a classic Easy Peach Cobbler recipe — juicy peaches topped with a buttery, golden crust that comes together fast with simple ingredients. Perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

🍑 Easy Peach Cobbler

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40–45 minutes
Total Time: ~55 minutes
Servings: 6–8

📝 Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 1 (29 oz) can sliced peaches in juice or syrup (drained slightly)
or 5–6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

For the Batter:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place melted butter into the bottom of a 9×13″ baking dish (or 8×8″ for a thicker cobbler).
  2. Make the batter:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until just combined.
  3. Add the peaches:
Toss peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla (if using).
  4. Assemble:
Pour batter over the melted butter — don’t stir. Spoon peaches evenly over the batter — again, don’t stir. The batter will rise up around the fruit as it bakes.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly before serving. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!

✅ Tips:

  • Want it more caramelized? Sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons of brown sugar on top before baking.
  • If using fresh peaches, taste for sweetness — you may need to add a little extra sugar.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
