Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
