BISQUICK CINNAMON ROLLS

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls — no yeast, no rising time, ready fast!


Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20–25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 9 rolls


Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • ⅔ cup milk

For the Filling:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the Dough:
    • In a medium bowl, stir together the Bisquick mix and milk until a soft dough forms.
    • Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently 5–6 times.
  3. Roll the Dough:
    • Roll dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Add the Filling:
    • Spread the softened butter over the dough.
    • Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Form the Rolls:
    • Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side.
    • Slice into 9 equal rolls and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Make the Glaze:
    • While the rolls bake, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Glaze and Serve:
    • Drizzle the glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For extra gooey rolls, double the filling mixture!
  • Add-ins: Sprinkle chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips inside with the filling if you like.
  • For thicker rolls: Roll the dough a little thicker before filling.
