Ingredients:
- 8 oz small pasta (like rotini, macaroni, or shells)
- 1 pound cooked shrimp (small or chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber, diced (optional)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (or half mayo, half Greek yogurt for lighter)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or paprika)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
