🫐 Blueberry Delight (No-Bake Dessert)

Blueberry Delight is a no-bake layered dessert that’s creamy, fruity, and irresistibly good. With a buttery graham cracker crust, fluffy cream cheese filling, and sweet blueberry topping, it’s a crowd-pleaser every time!


🫐 Blueberry Delight (No-Bake Dessert)

Chill Time: 4+ hours (or overnight)

📝 Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Cream cheese layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping

Blueberry layer:

  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling

Topping:

  • Extra Cool Whip, optional
  • Chopped pecans or graham crumbs for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Make the crust:
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while making filling.
  2. Make cream layer:
    Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  3. Assemble layers:
    • Spread cream cheese layer evenly over chilled crust.
    • Spoon blueberry pie filling gently on top, spreading to cover.
  4. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) so it sets properly.
  5. Serve:
    Top with extra whipped topping and garnish if desired. Slice and enjoy!

✅ Tips:

  • For a homemade pie filling, cook blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thick.
  • Use a food processor to make graham crumbs easily.
  • Can be made 1–2 days ahead — perfect for parties or holidays.
