- 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
