📝 Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: ½ cup frozen peas or broccoli florets
- Optional topping: ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or buttered breadcrumbs

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked chicken, cooked pasta, 1½ cups of cheese, and veggies if using.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (if using).
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
