🧀🌮 Blooming Quesadilla Ring – The Ultimate Party Appetizer!

A crispy, cheesy, pull-apart quesadilla ring loaded with seasoned chicken, gooey cheese, and warm tortillas, baked to perfection in a beautiful blooming shape! Served with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream, this is the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer for game day, parties, or family gatherings!


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 8-10)

  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great!)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray

For Dipping:

  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Extra salsa

🔪 Directions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the filling:

  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, and cilantro.

3️⃣ Assemble quesadillas:

  • Place a small amount of cheese and chicken filling on one half of each tortilla.
  • Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.

4️⃣ Arrange in a ring:

  • Place a small oven-safe bowl in the center of the baking sheet.
  • Layer the quesadillas in a circle, slightly overlapping, around the bowl to form a ring.

5️⃣ Brush & bake:

  • Lightly brush tortillas with egg wash for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

6️⃣ Serve & enjoy:

  • Remove the center bowl and fill it with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
  • Serve hot and pull apart the quesadillas for the ultimate cheesy bite!

Notes
