Soft Hawaiian rolls filled with savory ham, melted Swiss cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce, brushed with a buttery Dijon glaze and baked to golden perfection! An easy and delicious holiday appetizer or meal!


πŸ›’ Ingredients (Serves 12)

  • 12-pack Hawaiian rolls
  • ΒΎ lb sliced ham (honey or smoked)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or provolone)
  • Β½ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)

For the Buttery Glaze:

  • ΒΌ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Β½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

πŸ”ͺ Directions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease or line a baking dish.

2️⃣ Assemble the sliders:

  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half (keep them connected).
  • Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and cranberry sauce evenly.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.

3️⃣ Make the glaze:

  • Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the mixture generously over the rolls.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds (if using).

4️⃣ Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes, until golden & melty.

5️⃣ Garnish & serve:

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm!
