Here’s a full recipe card for Pecan Pie Muffins — the perfect little bites of sweet, nutty goodness! 🧁🍯

🥧 Pecan Pie Muffins

🍽️ Servings: 10–12 muffins

🕒 Prep Time: 10 mins | Bake Time: 18–22 mins

💥 Flavor: Sweet, nutty, buttery

🍰 Texture: Moist centers, crisp edges

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

🔥 Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pecans, brown sugar, and flour. Stir to mix.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix).
  5. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups (they’ll be about 2/3 full).
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

💡 Tips & Notes

  • Use high-quality pecans for the richest flavor.
  • Grease the muffin tin very well if not using liners — these muffins are sticky!
  • Muffins will slightly deflate as they cool, just like mini pecan pies!
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
