📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands Jr.), cut into quarters
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

🔥 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix filling:
    In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, veggies, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Add biscuits:
    Gently fold in the biscuit pieces until coated.
  4. Assemble:
    Pour everything into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheese if using.
  5. Bake:
