- Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish. - Mix Filling:
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. - Pour into Dish:
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish. - Top with Crackers:
In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole. - Bake:
