- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant milk)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional add-ins: mini dairy-free chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or blueberries
