Flaky crescent dough filled with melty Brie, crispy bacon, and sweet cranberry sauce, baked to golden perfection in a beautiful wreath shape! This easy, show-stopping appetizer is perfect for Christmas, Thanksgiving, or holiday gatherings.

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese (cut into small chunks)
  • 6 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Arrange crescent dough:

  • Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles.
  • Arrange them in a circle, overlapping slightly, with the wide ends forming the center and the points facing outward.

3️⃣ Fill the wreath:

  • Evenly distribute Brie, bacon, and cranberry sauce around the inner ring of the dough.

4️⃣ Fold & shape:

  • Carefully fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling, tucking them under to form a wreath shape.

5️⃣ Brush & bake:

  • Brush with egg wash and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown.

6️⃣ Garnish & serve:

  • Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and serve warm!
