Flaky, buttery puff pastry rolled up with savory or sweet fillings, baked until golden and crispy! These quick and easy pinwheels are perfect for parties, brunch, or holiday gatherings.


πŸ›’ Ingredients (Makes 12-16 Pinwheels)

Savory Version:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or GruyΓ¨re)
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or ham (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or pesto
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Sweet Version:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

3️⃣ Add filling:
