📝 Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Add garlic, and cook 1 minute more. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, corn, and 1 cup cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with a layer of frozen tater tots.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, until melted.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot!
