These White Chocolate Haystacks are a super easy, no-bake treat made with crunchy chow mein noodles, creamy white chocolate, and your choice of festive mix-ins — perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick sweet fix!

🤍 White Chocolate Haystacks

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 30–60 minutes
Total Time: ~40 minutes
Servings: ~20 haystacks

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or white melting wafers
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles (crunchy, uncooked kind)
  • ½ cup salted peanuts, chopped (or whole)
  • Optional: ¼ cup sprinkles, mini marshmallows, dried cranberries, or crushed pretzels

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  2. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts (and any other mix-ins you like) until evenly coated.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming little haystack-shaped mounds.
  4. Let cool and set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.

✅ Tips:

  • Work quickly once the chocolate is melted, as it sets fast.
  • Swap white chocolate for butterscotch or dark chocolate for a twist.
  • Great for kids to help with — no baking involved!

🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
  • Refrigerate to keep firmer or if your kitchen is warm.
