- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup red wine (or beef broth as substitute)
- 2–3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Optional: cornstarch slurry for thickening (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)
🔥 Directions:
- Mix Sauce:
In a medium bowl, whisk together onion soup mix, water, soy sauce, wine, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. - Add to Crockpot:
Place pork tenderloin in the crockpot. Pour the sauce mixture over the top. - Cook Low & Slow:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, or until pork is tender and easily shreddable. - Optional – Thicken Sauce:
Remove pork and set aside. Pour juices into a saucepan and simmer with cornstarch slurry until thickened, if desired. - Serve:
Slice or shred pork, spoon sauce over the top, and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.

- Pork loin can be used, but tenderloin gives a juicier texture.
- Add sliced onions or mushrooms to the crockpot for extra flavor.
