📝 Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- ½ cup ketchup, divided
- Optional glaze: ¼ cup brown sugar + ¼ cup ketchup

- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix gently until just combined. Form into a loaf shape.
- Line the bottom of the slow cooker with parchment paper or foil (for easier cleanup). Place the meatloaf inside.
- Spread half the ketchup (or glaze) over the top.
