Here’s a simple and delicious 4-Ingredient Hamburger Casserole — perfect for busy weeknights when you want comfort food with minimal effort!


🍴 Easy 4-Ingredient Hamburger Casserole

Total Time: 40 minutes

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (like elbow macaroni or rotini)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Mix together the cooked pasta, browned ground beef, and spaghetti sauce in a large bowl.
  5. Assemble the casserole:
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
    • Top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.

  • Assemble ahead and refrigerate unbaked for up to 24 hours.
  • Freeze before baking for up to 2 months (wrap well).
