This Egg Casserole (aka Egg Bake) is a simple and satisfying make-ahead breakfast that’s perfect for feeding a crowd. Customize it with your favorite veggies, meats, or cheeses!

📝 Ingredients:
- 10 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled (or cooked bacon/ham)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: 2 cups frozen hash browns (thawed), fresh spinach, or diced tomatoes

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
