Here’s a quick and irresistible treat — Pan-Fried Honey Bananas! 🍌✨ Sweet, caramelized, and perfect for topping pancakes, oatmeal, or enjoying as-is.

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

🔥 Directions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add banana slices in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes per side, until golden and lightly caramelized.
  3. Drizzle honey over the bananas and gently turn them to coat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  4. Cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute, just until the honey bubbles and thickens slightly.
  5. Serve warm — on toast, yogurt, pancakes, or ice cream!

💡 Tips & Notes

  • Use bananas that are just ripe — too soft and they’ll fall apart.
  • Add a splash of vanilla or a tiny dash of nutmeg for extra flavor.
  • For a vegan version, use coconut oil and maple syrup.
