🍫 Toll House® Famous Fudge

Here’s the classic, creamy, chocolatey Toll House® Famous Fudge recipe — a beloved treat that’s rich, indulgent, and super easy to whip up with just a handful of ingredients!


🍫 Toll House® Famous Fudge

🍽️ Servings: Makes about 48 small squares

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups (12 oz.) Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½–1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

🔥 Directions:

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil. Lightly grease or spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Boil sugar mix:
    In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4–5 minutes, still stirring.
  3. Mix in the good stuff:
    Remove from heat and stir in chocolate morsels, marshmallows, and vanilla until fully melted and smooth. Add nuts if using.
  4. Pour & set:
    Pour fudge into prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut & enjoy:
    Lift fudge using foil and cut into squares.

  • Stir constantly while boiling to prevent burning.
  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top for a salty-sweet twist.
