- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups (12 oz.) Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: ½–1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil. Lightly grease or spray with non-stick spray.
- Boil sugar mix:
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4–5 minutes, still stirring. - Mix in the good stuff:
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate morsels, marshmallows, and vanilla until fully melted and smooth. Add nuts if using. - Pour & set:
Pour fudge into prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm. - Cut & enjoy:
