🍫 CROCK POT CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours (in slow cooker)
Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Servings: About 40 clusters


πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 16 oz salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 16 oz unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (10–12 oz) bag peanut butter chips (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 (16 oz) package chocolate almond bark, broken into pieces
  • 1 (16 oz) package white almond bark, broken into pieces
  • Optional: Sea salt for topping

  1. Layer in slow cooker (in this order):
    • Peanuts
    • Chocolate chips
    • Peanut butter chips (if using)
    • Almond bark pieces
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Do not stir during this time.
  3. After 2 hours, stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth and combined.
  4. Spoon mixture onto parchment- or wax-paper-lined baking sheets using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with sea salt before clusters harden.
  6. Cool completely until set (about 1 hour at room temp, or chill in fridge for 30 minutes).

  • Store: In an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freeze: Yes! Freeze in layers (with wax paper between) for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temp before serving.
