π« CROCK POT CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS

π Ingredients:
- 16 oz salted dry roasted peanuts
- 16 oz unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
- 1 (10β12 oz) bag peanut butter chips (optional for extra flavor)
- 1 (16 oz) package chocolate almond bark, broken into pieces
- 1 (16 oz) package white almond bark, broken into pieces
- Optional: Sea salt for topping

- Layer in slow cooker (in this order):
- Peanuts
- Chocolate chips
- Peanut butter chips (if using)
- Almond bark pieces
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Do not stir during this time.
- After 2 hours, stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth and combined.
- Spoon mixture onto parchment- or wax-paper-lined baking sheets using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop.
- Optional: Sprinkle with sea salt before clusters harden.
- Cool completely until set (about 1 hour at room temp, or chill in fridge for 30 minutes).
