Here’s a quick and easy recipe for Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies — soft, chewy, and made with just a few pantry staples!

🍪 Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 8–10 minutes
Total Time: ~20 minutes
Servings: About 24 cookies

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2½ cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Gradually stir in the Bisquick mix until dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Centers will still look soft — that’s perfect!
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

🍽️ Tips:

  • Add a handful of chopped walnuts or pecans for extra texture.
  • For softer cookies, don’t overbake — they’ll firm up as they cool.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
