📝 Ingredients:
- 1 round loaf of sourdough bread (or any crusty boule-style bread)
- 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese, cut into cubes
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce (or cranberry chutney)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch
- Pinch of sea salt for garnish

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Place the bread on the sheet and use a sharp bread knife to cut crosshatch slits (about 1″ apart), being careful not to slice all the way through.
