Here’s a festive and irresistible Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread — gooey, buttery, and bursting with sweet-tart cranberry and creamy Brie cheese. It’s the perfect appetizer or holiday snack that disappears fast!

🍞 Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15–20 minutes
Total Time: ~30 minutes
Servings: 6–8

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 round loaf of sourdough bread (or any crusty boule-style bread)
  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce (or cranberry chutney)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch
  • Pinch of sea salt for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Place the bread on the sheet and use a sharp bread knife to cut crosshatch slits (about 1″ apart), being careful not to slice all the way through.
  3. Gently stuff cubes of Brie into the slits of the bread, followed by small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top, then sprinkle with herbs and nuts if using.
  5. Wrap loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melty and top is golden.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve warm — pull-apart style!

✅ Tips:

  • Use store-bought or homemade cranberry sauce.
  • Add a touch of honey or hot honey for a sweet-spicy twist.
  • Brie rind is edible — no need to remove it!

🧊 Storage:

  • Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
  • Leftovers can be wrapped and reheated in the oven for 8–10 minutes.
