🍝 Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Here’s a comforting and indulgent Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti recipe β€” creamy, cheesy, and perfect for family dinners or potlucks!


🍝 Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30–35 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes

πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 2 cups marinara sauce or pasta sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Β½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown the meat:
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Add sauce:
    Stir marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the cooked meat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix pasta:
    In a large bowl, combine warm cooked spaghetti with cream cheese and sour cream until well coated and creamy.
  6. Assemble casserole:
    Spread half of the pasta mixture into the baking dish. Top with half the meat sauce and some mozzarella. Repeat layers. Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake:
    Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10–15 more minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve:
    Let cool slightly, then garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • Swap cream cheese for ricotta if preferred.
