๐ Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ยฝ cup dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear chicken:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add chicken and cook 5โ6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Deglaze with wine:
Add another tablespoon of butter to the pan, then garlic. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds. Pour in the wine, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2โ3 minutes. - Make the sauce:
Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and remaining tablespoon of butter. Simmer for 3โ5 minutes until thickened. - Combine & finish:
Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over top. Let simmer 3โ5 minutes until heated through. - Garnish & serve:
