Here’s a Keto Crack Chicken recipe made in the Crock Pot β€” creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. It’s low in carbs, high in fat, and totally addicting (hence the name!). πŸ§€πŸ₯“πŸ”


πŸ— Keto Crack Chicken (Crock Pot)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6–8 hours (low) or 4 hours (high)
Total Time: ~8 hours

πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for extra fat)
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix (or homemade – see below)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ΒΌ cup chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

  1. Layer in the Crock Pot:
    Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with cream cheese and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
  2. Cook:
    Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours, until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
  3. Shred & Stir:
    Shred the chicken directly in the Crock Pot using two forks. Stir well to mix in melted cream cheese.
  4. Add cheese & bacon:
    Stir in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon. Cover for another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve:
    Top with chopped green onions and enjoy!
