π Keto Crack Chicken (Crock Pot)

Cook Time: 6β8 hours (low) or 4 hours (high)

π Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for extra fat)
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix (or homemade β see below)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ΒΌ cup chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

- Layer in the Crock Pot:
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with cream cheese and sprinkle with ranch seasoning. - Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6β8 hours or high for 4 hours, until chicken is tender and shreds easily. - Shred & Stir:
Shred the chicken directly in the Crock Pot using two forks. Stir well to mix in melted cream cheese. - Add cheese & bacon:
Stir in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon. Cover for another 5β10 minutes until cheese is melted. - Serve:
Top with chopped green onions and enjoy!
