🍗 Crazy Good Chicken Pasta Casserole

Here’s a Crazy Good Chicken Pasta Casserole recipe that’s cheesy, creamy, and packed with flavor — perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a hungry crowd!


🍗 Crazy Good Chicken Pasta Casserole

Cook Time: 25–30 minutes
Total Time: ~45 minutes
Servings: 6–8


📝 Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work great)
  • 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13” baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, cooked pasta, and half of the cheeses. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining cheese (and bacon if using).
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

✅ Tips:

  • Use rotini or shells to hold all the creamy sauce.
  • Add spinach, mushrooms, or broccoli for extra nutrition.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter option.

🧊 Storing & Freezing:

  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Freeze tightly wrapped for up to 3 months. Thaw in fridge overnight before reheating at 350°F.
