📝 Ingredients:
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsweetened ketchup (or sugar-free)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional topping:
- ¼ cup sugar-free ketchup
- ½ cup shredded cheese for the last 10 minutes of baking
