Here’s a delicious and cozy treat that blends tender fresh pears with a golden, buttery topping — Fresh Pear Crumble Pie! 🍐🥧 Perfect for fall or anytime you have ripe pears on hand.

📝 Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 5–6 ripe pears, peeled, cored & sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

For the Crumble Topping:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

🔥 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced pears with lemon juice, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
  3. Place pear mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, make the crumble topping: Combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter or fork until mixture is crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the pears.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
  7. Cool for 15–20 minutes before serving.
