- Preheat Oven:
Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard 9×5” loaf pan or line with parchment. - Cream Butter & Sugar:
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. - Dry Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet mixture just until combined. - Add Apples:
Fold in diced apples. Pour the batter into your loaf pan. - Make Streusel:
In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter. - Bake:
Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 10–15 minutes in the pan before removing. - Optional Glaze:
