- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (~30 crackers), crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or similar-sized baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and sugar. Add the reserved ¼ cup pineapple juice, then stir in pineapple chunks and shredded cheese. Mix well.
