Here’s a fresh, zesty, and vibrant Cranberry Orange Relish — a no-cook, sweet-tart side dish made with just 3 ingredients! Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or as a bright condiment year-round.

🍊 Cranberry Orange Relish

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes (+ chilling time)
Servings: 8–10

📝 Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (1 bag) fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 large orange, unpeeled, cut into chunks (seeds removed)
  • ½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine cranberries and orange chunks (with peel).
  2. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed — you want a chunky relish texture.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in sugar. Start with ½ cup and adjust to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a side, topping, or spread!

✅ Tips:

  • Use a seedless navel orange for the best flavor and ease.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger for a spiced version.
  • Great with turkey, ham, sandwiches, or even stirred into yogurt.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
  • Can be frozen for up to 2 months — thaw in the fridge before using.
